Lamai Serengeti is a beautifully designed camp positioned amongst the rocks of the Kogakuria Kopje, just a short game drive away from where the wildebeest cross the Mara River. A firm favourite of ours.

Lamai Serengeti, an exclusive retreat, boasts 12 private safari tents distributed between its two distinct camps: the Main Camp and a more intimate Private Camp. Each tent is uniquely designed, meticulously crafted to optimize panoramic views and capture the beauty of sunsets. Nestled within the rocks, all tents feature spacious verandas, offering spectacular perspectives. Furthermore, every room ensures 24-hour power, ensuite bathrooms with flush toilets, and indoor showers.

For optimal wildlife experiences, the period between July and October positions the camp along the path of the wildebeest migration, particularly near the Mara River, providing opportunities to witness the thrilling spectacle of river crossings. Regardless of the season, guests can expect exceptional hospitality, delectable cuisine, and top-notch safari guidance.

Adjacent to Lamai is the Private Camp, an exclusive enclave comprising five rooms. This secluded camp includes its own lounge area, dining spaces, and private game vehicles, catering to families and groups seeking an extra layer of privacy.
